We have been trying to contact the company for weeks regarding our booking. We have not heard back from anyone and the hotel says our reservation doesn’t exist and that they and other customers are having no success getting in contact with them. I have sent a final email before pursing legal action. Just wanted others to know this was happening.

I have been trying to get a hold of these people for so long. It's been about a month. We have sent emails, left voice-mails, and have called both listed numbers. We had canceled last year and were told we had credit for up to a year. Meaning that will expire this Oct of 2020. Highly disappointed that we can't even get a call back whether we will still have credit extended since they had to close. When booking the tour and room they were very attentive but now they just ignore us. By the way it was paid in full. Maybe this will get their attention 🤔 If you can find another way to book a room and plan a get away do it some other way.
