This is the worst freight company I have ever dealt with. I've been lied too on several occasions. They don't deliver and then say they'll deliver and don't. This is a ongoing problem with WPL.
Old Dominion is way better.

WPL is the courier for the company I placed an order with. The item left MO on August 12, arriving at WPL on August 25. WPL still has my item as of October 5th. I have called twice, and they don't have an ETA for delivery. I understand staffing shortages (as my company is also experiencing this), the pandemic, delivery challenges, etc. However. it has been a full six weeks that my item has sat in their warehouse. WPL people are nice on the phone, but their service is abysmal.

Horrible company to deal with. They try to act polite, but after a minute listening to them, anyone can realize they are extremely unprofessional and rude. We will never want to have anything deliver by this company or Western Peaks Logistics, they are the same company.
