        Apparently their loan processors don't know how to do their job. Wanted to get a HELOC but was told they could not approve me because I didn't have my taxes yet I gave them my tax records directly from the IRS, I definitely feel confident those were my taxes not just something I made up. . . Anyway went elsewhere and they knew what to do with those IRS tax records.

        Misti Riley was amazing! She looked out for things in my process that I might have missed. She went above and beyond in helping me get my loan taken care of - even to send the loan papers to another location to help me out. She is professional, friendly, supportive, and I would drive the hour and a half to see her again instead of using a location closer to home.

        I have mixed feeling about Community Banks of Colorado (they closed my branch of many years in Conifer), but I have found the tellers at this branch to be very friendly and helpful.
