My chimney leaked and I needed the flashing redone. I got a quote quickly, good price, the work was completed quickly, and I'm no expert but the flashing looks well done. However, the work was done on a different day without my knowledge - no call or email informing me. So I was at work with no idea that there were guys working on my roof that day. Also, it turns out my chimney crown has several problems - cracks, no slope, and no overhang. There was never any mention to me of any crown problems. I only know about them because I saw that about 50% of the cracks were sealed - that's great b/c it wasn't in the contract, but it's still not fixed and they never told me there was a problem. I would have happily paid more to fix all the problems with the chimney.
