You pick a company most times, but ii is the people that really help you make the decision. In our case, Reginald was a class act and professional throughout the while process. He was there for me every step of the way from the sales pitch through the installation of my new roofs and screens. I met a lot of people through this process but I trusted Reggie the best and his Crew leader Rodrigo was great also. We worked together with my adjuster and insurance company and I paid the price we agreed upon w the insurance company and nothing more. Reginald handled our claim. He was professional, responsive to communication, and attentive to our requests during the roof and gutter replacement. He checked in with us throughout the process to ensure we were informed and happy all the way through. Roof and gutters look fantastic! Very happy with the work and our experience.
