        Watch out for hidden costs. I left with impression they had sized glass for frame in Shop and I just wanted the glass. They charged me for freight and additional for mounting:( . I felt deceived and it wasn't done in the few days I was told. I canceled another pending larger order.

      I apologize for the miscommunication. We are always up front with our pricing and you never requested a quote. We have to pay freight to have the glass shipped to us, we pass that cost on to our customers on a additional line so you don't pay taxes. You could have mentioned this while in the office and we would have made sure that you were pleased when you left. I apologize for the timeline; we are shorthanded and try to take care of all of our customers in a timely manner.
