I had a couple questions regarding my payment of taxes. I didn't wait to get my call answered. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful! Very pleasant to deal with. I was actually nervous it was going to take hours to get answers and it took about 5 minutes!

This is the most worthless site to track a refund. Ive entered my info as required and they cannot find it. They give the option to use a local IRS office but you have to make an appointment by calling a number that tells you to visit the website. Its all just to run you around until you give up. If youre lucky enough to get to the point in the call where you can make the appropriate it says there are too many calls and hangs up! Useless !!!!!

I have waiting almost 3 months now and my return has been processing. Having a horrible time getting in contact with someone. You would think there would be an easy way to contact someone especially if they are keeping my money.
