Jodi is the BEST! Caring, compassionate, hard working, ethical and fair. Not a typical insurance agent. Easy to talk to, responsive and knows her business. No doubt, none better!

Bryan Lohrentz is the most responsive, helpful, and proactive agent I've had the pleasure to work with in 25+ years of car- and homeownership. Highly recommend working with him... And bonus, their pricing beats out anything else I've found. Kudos, Bryan and team!

Jodi is an absolute 5 agent. She stays on top of state changes and is quick to explain them and how they will or can impact our policies. Her knowledge of insurance is impeccable. She works hard for her clients any way possible and is always accessibleincluding weekends. Jodi really does take customer service to the level of above and beyond.

You can do better! Do not trust anything State Farm tells you. I was with State Farm for thirty years. That being said, it has been an absolute screw trying to leave them, which is why Im giving this agent a 1-star review. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT AND ESPECIALLY DONT TRUST A DAMN THING HER STAFF TELLS YOU! They lie. Her staff lied to me. They didnt do what they said they would do and ultimately, they just wash their hands of any level of responsibility for anything. Then I brought it to the agents attention and only after I threatened to go to the media, do they respond and their response was, oh well, we dont care. After thirty years, I cancelled my policies. But this told me everything I needed to know about them. They didnt bother to ask me a single question about why. They didnt bother to try and save my business. They didnt do a damn thing to let me know that I even mattered to them. So, I cancelled my policies a week before renewing. I was told no problem, its done. No further payments would be taken. Then they took my money anyway out of my account anyway which caused me to bounce four other payments out of that account. When I asked for a refund, on March 21, I was assured that my full refund was to be credited back to my account. It wasnt. I called again four business days later. Nothing. Two more days passed and I finally had to threaten her with media exposure, before I got a response. Then they informed me that they were taking $43 from my account because they didnt cancel the account until the 26th, even though I cancelled a week before the amount was due. Only today, almost two weeks after the fact, did I get a call from Agent Jodi Stoker. My issue is simply this. Insurance is a high-trust business and when an insurance agent or their staff lie to you about whats happening, its never good. I have text messages from her staff stating that the money was refunded to me on 3/21. But no money was returned. When the money wasnt back by 3/28, a full week later, only then did I find out the money was not refunded. That State Farm is keeping part of my premium for no other reason than clearly her staff didnt do what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. In response to the customer service issue of them taking money out of my account without permission and subsequently bouncing other payments, her response was well, you can contact corporate and maybe they will help. If you want to claim you are a local agent and you want to claim that we should trust you, a good place to start is by telling the truth. Clearly, she cant, and neither can her staff. Its not about helping people; its about ripping them off. So, no, State Farm is not your good neighbor. State Farm will steal from you. They will encourage their agents and their staff to steal from you and God forbid you ever leave, they will find a way to take your money anyway. In thirty years, I had one claim, and that was because someone t-boned me, nearly killed me and severely injured my wife. It took three years to settle the claim and I had to sue State Farm to do it. That should have been a sign that I should have left them then and I made the mistake of staying anyway. By the way, I found another agent who got me the same premium with 1.2 million more in coverage. Before you agree to work with her, shop around. I guarantee you will find better service and better pricing elsewhere. I over paid for thirty years! Dont make the same mistake.
