Mac came out during the super-frigid MLK weekend through our HomeSmart contract and he showed up within 2 hours of our call. His knowledge and work was outstanding and it is clear that as the owner hes not only knowledgeable, but goes the extra mile to ensure the diagnosis and fix is complete. Were due for a new furnace and A/C and Mac will be getting the call.

I have used Mac's Maintenance several times and cannot say enough good words about them. Today, I called a bit after 9:00 am on a cold day about a furnace I thought was dead, and Carmack was at the house by 9:45! He diagnosed the problem, located the needed part, returned and installed it, all within a few hours. The house is toasty again! I will likely need to replace the furnace eventually, and would not even consider having anyone else do it!! Mac's is the BEST!

I was referred to Mac's Maintenance by a friend a couple years ago and have been thankful for every interaction since. He and his team are professional, friendly, and thorough. I also really appreciate how open and honest he is when describing problems and his approach or suggestions for fixing them.
