Meth head plumber. Need I say more. Don't let him in your house. Unless you have pipes that need smoked, rather than cleaned.

Dishonest and rude! I was a repeat customer a couple months ago. First couple projects they did were fine. Then they came for a clogged toilet (a minor service call). The plumber was here about 15-20 mins and the job required no parts. We were shocked to be charged nearly $250 when the bill arrived a month later. The bill stated that parts were used when none were. Also stated that certain work was done when it wasn't done. I was home the entire time and am certain the bill was wrong--either by mistake or on purpose to get more money. I called to request clarification, and the owner accused me of lying and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the $250. Terrible customer service. He should have at least clarified with his employee what really happened, since the owner wasn't present and I was. I will NEVER use Hart Plumbing again and you shouldn't either!
