We were having issues with our water softener and contacted Bravo Initiative Plumbing who was able to come out almost immediately to look at our system. Les was friendly and professional, even taking the time to put on booties before entering the house. As it turned out the issue was just with the machines settings. It was promptly fixed with Les also taking the time to look at another plumbing issue as well. The most surprising part was, for all this, Les didnt charge us. Even with no parts being needed and labor a minimum, this is unheard of practically, not even offsetting the cost of gas. I will certainly be using Les and Bravo Initiative for all my future plumbing needs and highly suggest you give them a call if youre in need of a plumber.

A different savior visited me todaya pipe burst in my basement (luckily I was home) this morning on Xmas Eve and I frantically called several plumbers. Les actually picked up his phone and was able to squeeze me in before he headed up to the mtns for his holiday vacation. I was able to make it to the Xmas Eve church service and host Xmas dinner now. Les is a gem! So personable and did the job quickly. Highly recommend.

Weve used Les Bowman three times over the past two years, as we have had various plumbing needs (install washing machine, install and repair outdoor bibbs for sprinkler hoses, install bidet toilets.). Each time, he has been wonderfully responsive, friendly, highly competent (no issues even months afterwards), and fairly priced. We will continue to use him againflawless and easy!
