Google made me give them one start, otherwise I wouldn't give them any. I picked up a load for this company from Carrollton, GA going New Castle, Pa. When I talked to the broker from this company after I picked it upuI requested the delivery date or time be changed due to a mandatory safety meeting for our company that I had to attend. He said no. I did everything I needed to do over the weekend, safety meeting and 34 hour restart. I left out real early Sunday morning to head to New Castle, Pa. Sunday afternoon I started contacting the receiver in New Castle. I informed the receiver that I was unable to make the brokers 0700 delivery time and he said that was fine because he really didn't want me there that early. So, when I finally shutdown for the evening, with 29 minutes left of drive time, I called the receiver and let him know when I was going to be there. He said that would be fine and that he would see me tomorrow. The broker called me when I had only 18 minutes left before I arrived. He started to chastise me for not being there at 0700. I told him of the situation and he didn't care. I called him when I was leaving at 1100 and he proceeded to chastise me again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If my dispatcher ever makes the mistake of taking a load from this company again, I will refuse to pick it up, no matter what the pay is. STAY AWAY!!!!
