Had one of the most horrible experiences I've ever experienced while shopping here. The staff were arguing amongst themselves, intentionally and loudly being cruel with each other; very uncomfortable shopping atmosphere. They did not return all the items i brought in for trade, after telling me that they could accept nothing, including several household containers. Many of their items in stock were severely damaged, and the staff product knowledge was abysmally lacking. Is it any wonder this location is looking for a new franchisee? I most certainly will not be returning to this, or any Plato's location, in the future!

Sad to see this place close. For what it's worth which isn't much I just wanted to say this was my favorite location despite being out of the way. The staff was always friendly, gave great customer service, and they were always attentive. On top of the staff, I always enjoyed the selection of clothes at this location than the other stores. Hate I'll have to try the other locations. The staff are always rude and oblivious towards their customers.
