Dependable Auto Repair

Everyone here is so kind, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I called and was able to be seen day of for a check engine light diagnostic appointment. While my car was being checked out I chatted with a sweet lady working the front and another gentleman who worked in the shop. (Sorry I missed your names.) Upon sharing the results of the testing, the mechanic Shaun was very kind, patient, honest, and upfront with the work my car needed. He went on to provide a fair price quote and was flexible with timing to try and accommodate an upcoming birthday road trip. Shaun also took the time to give personal suggestions on what he would try to do if he were in my shoes to make my road trip work. These suggestions were appreciated, thank you! When I realized I'm not sure if the repair timing he had available would work with trying to make my trip work, and that I forgot to pay for the service he provided, I called back to communicate and to pay and Shaun waived the service fee for me. If I cannot find a shop to have my car fixed in the time frame I am hoping to, I will definitely have Shaun and his team provide the repairs. I wish the timing was more harmonious so I didn't have to try out a different option. Thank you Shaun and team for being so generous, helpful, and insightful! It is reassuring to know there is a place close to home for me that has honest, good people who are experienced in their feild, and who provide fair pricing! -Jenna
