From beginning to end, I have had two great experiences working with Pro Electric. The office staff is very friendly and responds to calls. They sent someone out both times to check the situation out and then gave me a realistic timeframe for a project follow up. They were quick to send along estimates. The service technicians that I worked with were friendly, communicative, and professional. Adrian (lead), Jonah, and Adrian (apprentice) all worked with me and did a great job. They called to let me know if they were on their way and then followed up with me at the end of the day to let me know what had happened or what still needed work. At the end of the project, office staff followed up up right away with an invoice and was helpful in getting the project paid and done. The friendliness and good communication along the way meant a lot to me. Thank you all!
