        Checked in hours after arriving in Twin Lakes. My 6yo daughter couldn't handle the altitude. Due to her complicated medical history Dr. O'Connor didn't let anything go unchecked and called our local Children's Hospital to confer with the staff and our daughter's medical chart. The nurses and care assistants we're wonderful and very accommodating. I am thankful for the staff and services at St. Vincent's.

        The head doctor running the facility and district is extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending and is teaching her students to do the same, or scaring them away from the profession all together. When making a formal complaint with the hospital it fell on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility until a real change occurs.

        Took my wife there and she received such great care!! Starting with the ER staff and continued once she was admitted with the hospital staff. We are so grateful to have a quality, clean, hospital to visit when needed. Thank you to all who cared for her!!

        Considering I have to fund this place with my tax dollars, youd think they would be a bit more patient oriented. Ill be remembering all of this next time they come begging for more money. Unless youre dying go to Vail or Summit, hell even if you are.
