Tennessee Pass Cookhouse

We got married at the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse this July and we could not recommend it more! The setting is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views, the staff is wonderful and the food is phenomenal. We stayed in their yurts for 5 nights and had a wonderful wedding week with our families and friends. Tennessee Pass was great to work with and incredibly accommodating and allowed us to make our wedding everything we could have asked for. We are so grateful and cannot wait to go back to visit. This is a very very special place to us. We went to the Yurt Cookhouse in January. The hike was incredible, views were fantastic, and food was a home run. To top it all off, the staff was unforgettably kind, attentive, and fun to be around. We liked it so much that we decided to host our small family wedding at the Cookhouse Yurt and Sleep Yurt seven months later in the summer. The experience and staff was the same second time around and the views were equally breath taking in summer. Highly recommend.

The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are all top notch! They got a new chef nine months ago who took the time to come out and ask after the meals and you can tell he takes pride in his creations. My wife and I were here for our 5th Anniversary and loved the entire experience. The wine was great with our food and the mixed cocktail choices a pleasant surprise. Our waitress was fantastic and brought us different courses wherever we were, whether inside at our table or enjoying the sunset outside. We ended up having the Duck and Lamb and still can't decide which was more fantastic!
