    I'm surprised by the mixed reviews because I was really impressed with Nina's. I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife and it was the prettiest flower arrangement we've ever gotten from anywhere. It was also an unbeatable price. This is the only flower shop I'll go to from now on

    Terrible customer service. My daughter had a baby yesterday and I was looking to purchase a simple large pink bow to put on her front door. I called Ninas and got voice mail. No one called back so I drove over. There was a Sign on the door saying don’t touch anything in the store. Upon entering, I was met by a young lady who informed me that they had no bows for sale. She was not interested in helping me. I asked her if she could suggest anything and she told me to try the town of Lafayette!!!!!’ How can a Florist that doesn’t answer the phone, return messages, allow you to touch anything in the store or be willing to make something as simple as a pink baby bow ribbon STAY in business???

    Stay away from this florist. They canceled the order because they couldn’t deliver the flowers to the first address. Left a voicemail at 2 pm for new address. I called them at 3 pm (1 hour later) and they went ahead and canceled the order, charged the credit card and when I called they said can deliver it the following week. STAY AWAY.

    Do not go here. I ordered my mom Mother's Day flowers here. They were delivered today. The flowers are mostly dead, a few of them were broken in half and the water in the vase is murky, like they are old. My mom sent me a pic, which I'm including in this review. I paid a little over $100 to get beautiful flowers and chocolates for my mom. Instead, she was given old, broken flowers. I'm still in shock over it. When I called the lady said they would make a new one and deliver it. I called back a little later and the owner (Omar) argued with me and said they are just going to issue me a refund bc they can't "please" me. Wow, unbelievable. He was very argumentative and rude. He made me send him a pic of them to him. He then ran to my mom's house and took back the flowers. I suggested that she should issue a refund AND give her new flowers to make up for this and he acted like that was crazy. Horrible place....truly horrible.
