Great place, great deals (especially on Factory renewed items). I have bought a TON of things from here and love their knowledge and customer service. My favorite sales rep, Trina, has been very helpful and even has given me follow up calls to make sure I am happy with the products I bought... heck yeah. Thanks.

Nice clean store. Everyone working here it's always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable! You can see and actually try almost every new product they offer which is great so that you can decide exactly which model or item will best fit your needs... My only complaint about Bose, which doesn't really have anything with this store in particular, is that the cables on basically all their headphones either wear out quickly, stop working, or break. And then you are forced to continuously buy new ones. And at their price of around $40+ each time, it's adds up quick. I have never done anything that would cause them to fail, they just do all by themselves. I feel that if you buy a $3-400 pair off headphones, the cables should last a LOT longer than they do. Over three last 5-6 years, I've had to replace the cables around 6-8 times! That adds up to be about the cost of a brand new set. I believe they should replace them for free, especially if you buy them in a Bose store.
