        Called and set an appointment twice. Waited around an hour after the apt time and gave up and called them. They set another apt time the next day. I get it if they are behind but they no call no showed both times. Decided to call someone else.

        THE SLOGAN FOR THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLEAN HANDS, DIRTY SOUL. JJ'S DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICES WE WERE PAYING FOR AND HE MADE IT OUT TO BE MY FAULT BECAUSE HE DID NOT BID IT CORRECTLY. HE WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS TO HAVE THE WEEDS PULLED ON MY PROPERTY AND IT ENDED UP COSTING ME ON MY RATINGS. I HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER THE CONTRACT MID-SUMMER. NOT HAPPY!
