Visitor Parking Manitou Springs & Free Shuttle

Your driver today Oct 16 , at approx 1 pm drove past a full stop at the arcade. Approximately 10 people missed the 1.20 cog railway as a result. My wife was very disappointed,we had eaten lunch in your town and had ice cream. We were planning on a full dinner after the train. We left very upset. (970)401+1052. Your driver had a bad attitude and did not do her job.

This is great parking, but please note that now you have to pay $12 per night. You have to first check at the trail head to be able to say truthfully that you could not find parking there and then you can spend the night here for however many nights you need. There was a man at the light who is extremely helpful. It is $12 for the day or for the night, and we pay $24 to stay two nights. You had to write on your ticket stub that you couldnt find any space at the bar trail trail head.

Nice, convenient, and still fairly cheap parking lot with great shuttle service around Manitou Springs. There is a self pay kiosk right in the lot on the way to the shuttle crossing so this lot is no longer free but is still easy. On a weekend it is very busy and fills in by about 10am. Also, there wer 2 porta-potties in the lot and the building was under construction when I went (Memorial Weekend 2021). As a lot of people seemed confused, you leave part of the receipt that the machine gives you on your dashboard as proof of payment. There is another part of it that the people at the entrance of The Incline may ask for (though this did not happen for me; they just asked where I parked).
