DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY. I was referred to Robbie Taylor by Connect for Health and it has been a nightmare to say the least. After leaving my job I was in a rush to get a health care plan in place. I was only informed of one option by Robbie and wasn't even presented with the details. When I asked he stated that it was the end of the year and the coverage was more of just a filler and wouldn't send me the details. I applied back in October and still have no coverage in place. Trying to contact this agency is a joke. Every response I get is coverage is in place and we don't know why your having issues. I call the provider they say I am insured with and they have absolutely no record of me in their system. I call connect for health and they show no record of contact from Mr. Taylor's Office. I can't say this enough: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY.
