I have come here at least 20 times in the past few months (including today) to come shop during listed business hours and every. Single. Time. They are not open. Some times there has been a sign as to why but 90% of the time they simply are not here. Very unprofessional. Very sad.

I have loved the Estate Store for a very long time. I have faithfully followed them from location to location and have found many treasures there. One of my favorite things to do is to go with nothing in mind and see what I can find. Today was different. First, there was a sign on the door strongly suggesting everyone who entered to wear a mask. This is totally fine with me and I always wear a mask whenever I'm in public. However, if you are asking your customers to wear masks then I think it is only fair that your employees (volunteers) are wearing masks too. For the same reason. I feel unsafe around unmasked strangers in confined areas. Only one of the employees was wearing a mask today and the other was not. Second, I understand that theft is a problem in most places but being aggressively followed through the store while we were looking was insulting and because she was not wearing a mask it was also uncomfortable. We had come in hoping to find a few Christmas gifts that were still on our list but due to your employee's behaviour we left as soon as we possibly could. Finally, I'm not sure if there is a downturn in donations right now but the very little I was able to look around it seemed to me the store was pretty empty. I'm sorry to say the Estate Store will no longer be on my list of fun places to explore.
