i did a reservation, i was there a day before to ask if i can pay in advance to secure my vehicle, lady there short hair was extremly rude.

Rented a cargo van for a day, broke down 8 hours ago and still waiting for road side assistance - in a blizzard nonetheless!! Been renting Budget cars from Pueblo to Tampa year round. This is the second vehicle they rent to me that needs to be serviced!! Jennifer at the Pueblo location was real great, this review is no reflection on her.

My first time renting a vehicle was a horrible experience thanks to the miserable staff that obviously did not want to be there or be any help to me. I reserved online the smallest vehicle available entered all my C.C information and it was confirmed for my date and time. I get to this location early for pickup they state no reservation is under my name (rudely and unconcerned) I needed this specific time. I didn't print my confirmation & the guy working didn't do anything to explain what I can do or help me at all. I cried trying to find the confirmation info on my own since I forgot my phone. This is all new to me it was already 30 mins past my reservation time I finally found the number. The worker takes it and says" oh it's a truck that's on this other computer y didn't u say that" .. . Then proceeded to tell me that they don't have what I reserved. I was so confused and frustrated with the whole thing by this time he never tried to help or make this a pleasant or easy process in ANY way he had an attitude the whole time and I couldn't take the disrespect anymore and left after apparently my c.c isn't welcome to be used here even though I reserved my time with it just fine. My whole day was ruined forget trying to get what I needed moved. I would NEVER return!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!! thanks to Anthony? The worker that really doesn't care about his job or customers at all!! 0 Stars
