I have ordered many times and I have always been satisfied with everything, until my last order - I ordered the 8 lb coconut oil 76 degree. Previous orders of this, the coconut oil has always come in a pail, but this time it came in a jug! Coconut oil is a solid under 76 degrees. When I emailed customer service, they responded to let it sit at room temperature. WHAT?!?! I was shocked! There was no way I was going to crank the heat up to 76+ just for the oil to melt! From now on, I'm going to ask what it is packaged in before I order. If it's the jug - I'm ordering from Amazon!
