Martin Harbert: Allstate Insurance

Marty was absolutely fantastic to work with when switching my auto's and home policy from Travelers. He saved me money and was a pleasure to work with. The other two in the office with Marty were also great and very knowledgeable and were able to address any concern I had with switching policies as such a long time customer of Travelers. They were all very accommodating and made the process stress free and quick! I also got coffee :) I highly recommend the Harbert Agency, if you are trying to go through the painful process of switching insurance companies. Thank you Marty!

The agent who was working was the same person who tried to fight me because I yielded at a stop sign instead of coming to a full stop. The stop sign was in a grocery store parking lot and the lot was empty. When I entered the office he had an angry look on his face that looked like it had been there all day. I was going to get my insurance through him anyway because I always use Allstate, I'm from Pueblo West, and I wanted something close to home. Then he tried to joke about how my rates might be a little high since he knows that I don't care for stop signs. I took my money elsewhere. I like Allstate. They offer excellent coverage. It is this specific office that I'm giving one star.
