Office Depot

So the store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional so is some of staff.. I went in today to utilize the FedEx shipping never had a problem I was shipping some bad Lifeline phones back and the worker told she couldn't do that then I asked for the manager she came up and treated me like I was dumb and just stared at me, I showed her previous receipts of me shipping phones back prior and she told she was writing up her staff because they were not suppose to do that... I said wow really where is it posted that you can only ship certain items? All I seen is it says this is a FEDEX shipping center, she couldn't answer me and said it was policy. I reported her to Corporate! Maybe that's why the store is closing unprofessional staff and managers... I don't want to give a star but it's making me post

Ridiculous wait time to ship a package. Only one station can ship so everybody else stands around while one person works.
