Haven't been able to get ahold of this company for two weeks. Voicemails and all. American home shield assigned them to my leaking roof. They came out and assessed it and scheduled the repair. First scheduled date they couldn't make it out due to another job taking too long, no worries at all. Second rescheduled date, no show no call until the following Monday. Gentleman started explaining something only a roofing repair individual would know and was getting short with me. Third rescheduled date, two and a half hours outside of the window they initially allotted for the repair. Showed up for ~20 minutes and left. My roof is still leaking from the same spot as it was before. They did not fix my issue and won't answer voicemails. Avoid this company Service: Roof repair
