Wayne's towing winched my car out of the mud. AAA declined to do it fearing their vehicle would get stuck in the mud too and this decision without even asking for photos that helped Wayne's towing to say it WAS doable.

The driver was great! Very professional and got to my niece to hook up her car quick. The lady who answered the call for a tow, however, was rude and had snotty attitude the entire conversation. Claiming we were yelling, when in fact we weren't other than talking louder as we were on the side of the freeway and had to talk over the noise from other cars. Had ZERO empathy towards our situation and completely unprofessional.

I will never use this tow company again. They refuse to take my vehicle to my house after my wreck because I looked like I couldn't afford the tow charge even though my insurance company was paying the bill. When I tried to get my tools out of my car ally stuff had been removed and not been seen since over 2000 dollars worth of tools alone not to mention my laptop and tablet.
