Annie and Jordan are extremely professional and dependable. We are incredibly pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to others who own or manage a rental property in Steamboat Springs. They are friendly, thorough and extremely detail oriented with their cleaning. Their stocking and linen services are excellent too with high quality products and a lot of little details that are appreciated by our guests. We appreciate how they go above and beyond.

Annie and Jordan run a very efficient, high quality and high standards company. I used their services for about 6 months while I was renting out my condo in Steamboat Springs and living in Denver. Being out of town meant I needed to find a dependable and trustworthy crew to take care of the space cleaning in tight schedules. They were the answer! Definitely recommended.

We have used True Spruce for over a year and a half and can’t say enough good things. Our condo is always immaculate. During the high season they are always on time for back to back bookings and often make it possible for us to have an early check in. We trust our property to True Spruce.

We are so lucky to have found Annie and Jordan. I truly feel like they are no worries when it comes how our home is being maintained and cleaned. Annie always gives a heads up on when our home is ready for the next guest and also lets us know how the last guest left the home. She also makes us aware of anything that needs repair such as a closet door not operating correctly or door that is difficult to lock, etc. I truly feel so thankful for having such a wonderful company to work with.
