        This is the best bbq Ive experienced in Colorado. Their Gold sauce is amazing! Brisket looked dry but was perfect. I will be back. Lots.

        Stopped by again. Disappointed again. Brisket dry and the bark tough and chewy. Only tender part was the fat. The sausage was crumbling to dust in my mouth it was so dry. The slaw was cabbage and apple cider vinegar.

        Amazing BBQ, great staff, caring owner. Always on point, never had a poor experience with both indoor dining or to go food. They have great cheese fries, bbq is delicious, prices are still reasonable and its worth a try, promise!! Been going there since they opened at never been disappointed.

      We are committed to smoking 100% all natural meats using pesticide-free Hickory wood 7 days a week for both Lunch and Dinner, We specialize in catering for large groups that want to impress their guests. Our Founder Jason Ganahl has a background in Competitive BBQ. When he moved to Colorado in 2007 he sought smoked meats that reminded him of his home in Missouri and started judging professional BBQ contests, after judging for a couple of years Jason began competing and then winning. Jason has won several KCBS Grand and Reserve Grand Championships, 180s & 700s. Claiming stake to RMBBQA team of the year, winning the USs 3rd largest contest and being inducted into the RMBBQA Hall of Fame. GQue knows what it takes to be a champion and what it takes is what we are all about. Constantly improving to make the very best hands down BBQ. Its what drives us, what forces us to be our own harshest critic. It's our Passion, its the fire in our pit, our logo and in our bellies and it will endlessly rage.
