The Shed

Dude cant beat this place. Perrone an who ever else owns this company/store is absolutely amazing in how they treat their customers. Staff is super helpful. Still a few lil things need improvement like drop off an delivery i also was told after the order online that they couldnt find my order even tho my card had been charged but they figured it out an i got my equipment. An pricing is the best around the easy return juat cant say enough about how great this place is. Good Job guys

I DO NOT recommend this place. We had reserved hundreds of dollars worth of rentals (chairs, tables, etc) for our wedding in May. A few weeks before, I noticed that Google said they were "temporarily closed" so I attempted to contact them via phone, website, email, Facebook, and even drove by their location, just to find their doors closed and notices on their windows from the county about money they owed. I got a random message through Facebook a few days later stating they were going to reopen and contacted their location in Virginia who told me someone from the Denver location would be in touch, but no one ever was. Again, I attempted to contact them by multiple means and never heard back. I had to go through my credit card company to get refunded, and no none ever bothered to reach out to clear up the situation or inform me that the business was not in operation.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. All gear was in great condition and despite a very busy 4th of July weekend, Eric accommodated our last minute requests. Our trip was a total success beginning to end. I will definitely use them again this summer and would recommend the Shed and their crew to anyone in need of outdoor gear in the area.

Website is not functional. Every time I try to select a product, it says "Unauthorized" with no explanation and I'm unable to continue. We went direct to Bissell which was much easier and quicker.

THEIR website double booked a camper but instead of working to resolve their mistake they did nothing. Apparently they called and left a message. No email to inform me of the issue, no second call no further attempt to resolve the issue. So I call the day before, and we already have plans and a camping site reserved, and they are like o well sorry. No receipt for the refund was sent either. On their website it shows the correct phone number and email to contact me but they're records somehow indicate a different phone number. No attempt to offer us something else just a "sucks to be you, good luck with that". Book with us again sometime. Why would I ever book with them again!? They've proven to be unreliable. Very unprofessional and complete lack of customer service.
