ZERO STARS!! NEVER AGAIN - a disgrace to HoJo's and Wyndham names!! 1) the MOST uncomfortable beds (soft, lumpy mattress and loud, squeaky, broken springs even when sitting down, or turning lightly - i am a small, lightweight female!), horrible, hard pillows!!; 2) dirty linens - discovered black streaks and body fluids at 10:30pm when first turning back the sheets; towels were also shorted - 1 washcloth and 1 hand-towel in room with two queen beds, and next morning when selecting a towel for my shower I discovered the two bath towels were both streaked with black shoe marks and one had possibly a mustard stain on the border; Shower curtain had holes and spots where shredded; minimal, drizzly water pressure in shower. 3) Lighting -- incorrectly wired and insufficient - light switch adjacent to front door activates only the TV box, while the closest switch for actual lighting in the room is 5 ft in by the sink... so entering the room in the dark, one stumbles around for a while until accidentally discovering the switch inside room which turns on lights. Bed-table lamp was not plugged in; I eventually sorted that out by discovering that the lamp cord essentially had to be plugged into its own attached 2-plug strip, which also meant there was only one available plug on bedside lamp table for guests' personal devices. 4) Noise - although we requested a "quiet" room, we were put on the side of hotel which opens to W.44th St and I-70. Thin, outdated windows did not keep out any of the loud interstate truck & auto noise all night long; further, the security light in the hotel parking lot on front side of hotel, placed on a high pole, kept cycling and flashing every few minutes so brightly and instrusively, entering the room around the edges of the blackout curtains. 5) Closet space and hangers were actually adequate, that's about the only positive, plus the mini-fridge; A note about the oven - works fine, and looks like a microwave, but is actually more like a regular, timed oven, so guests should be warned that "3:00" on the timer is actually 3 hours, not 3 minutes.... could potentially be a fire hazard. 6) Reception - although all three staff we encountered were "friendly" enough, and the Receptions is allegedly staffed 24/7, there were several periods we found not staffed, including a 10-minute wait for checkout in the morning of departure; on arrival, coming a few minutes earlier than the 3pm time, waited about 1/2 hour before the desk staff was "ready" for us to check in; having traveled in a professional capacity for many years, I found this an odd practice. Normally in a hotel, it is possible to check in early, but then wait until the prescribed time until room is ready.... another minor oddity, I have confirmation from booking.com that I had specifically reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but was told by the front desk clerk upon check-in that we'd booked a King and that the front desk would "upgrade" us to the 2 queens .... please, just please!!! 7) Continental breakfast is supposed to be included in the price - attached restaurant is closed (COVID); We did find an adequate breakfast at the County Pride cafe across from the hotel at the TA truck stop on W. 44th, but during this time the hotel should consider providing a small table with coffee, juice, a few sweet roles (even packaged) and a bowl of fresh fruit in the large lobby for guests - or perhaps a limited-amount voucher for the Country Pride coffee shop across the main road at the TA Wheatridge, to accommodate the "included Continental breakfast" (regardless of the "advisory" on the Booking.com website the normal continental breakfast at this property might or might not be available due to COVID), or reduce the price of the room from that during normal, non-pandemic times when a breakfast IS served. 8) Internet was virtually non-existent and useless. Could not even send 1 single email or keep a browser active to make reservations for lodging at next destination because of "timeout" issues every few minutes.

For the price you get what you offer.. I was offered to save 20 bucks. I would have paid 40 bucks not to sit in between a rap show and I feel like a 9-month-old that's just feeling like life's cool but everybody's a party. I can smell and hear my neighbors

This was THE MOST DISGUSTING place I'd ever been. The pictures on Priceline are totally deceiving and should be taken down the whole property is dirty and smells, our room was so foul dirty and full of mold , I did not stay left within 15 mins please do not go here!!!!!!!! The only thing that was nice was the poor guy working the desk!!! This is a month later and I just want you all to know how completely horrid this place is, I had to go to the ER because the mold and God knows what else was in that room. My boyfriend and I were there approximately 15 minutes went to dinner came back collected our things and left. Management tried blaming us for their mold problems and refused to refund the money for the room!! Unbelievable SO I just wanted to let everyone know not only is the dirtiest hotel I've EVER been at, beware if you have a mold allergies like me , I couldn't breath by the time I got to ER
