First I noticed they didn't set my air pressure to 32 pounds. I went back, manager said they would fix it. The kid went around the car, checked the pressure and told me I was good to go!
The next day I had a horrible vibration. Took it to a tire store in Greeley that I trust.
I paid $42 to have my wheels rebalanced, they told me that family tire didn't remove my old wheel weights, before balancing. YOU CAN'T DO THAT!
My wheels were dangerously out of balance.
They did pay for the rebalance I had done.
