We hired Nixon to restore our finished, walkout lower level after a flood. After the remediation company completed their work, we were left with no flooring, large parts of the walls needed replacing (ripped out due to mold), and we needed all new baseboards. We also needed everything (walls, trim, ceilings) painted and repaired and a new fire door installed from the house to the garage in a very unusually sized doorframe. From start to finish, Nixon was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and communicative. He was also very creative in coming up with prompt solutions to any issues that arose. He showed up on time and when he said he would and his team worked tirelessly to get the job done. Our lower level looks beautiful. This was not a budget job, but the work was worth every penny and you get what you pay for. We plan to hire Nixon again in the future for additional projects on our 1930 house. Nixon, and crew, were very professional, on time and left the job site very clean. I will be using for additional projects moving forward. They installed insulation and drywalled my garage.
