You will find super honest technicians at the company of Danbury Garage Door Repair. Everyone from the top down in the company is outstanding- from first communications for a quote to the day of completing the work. Joe, the technician I had the pleasure working with, replied to my quote request minutes after I posted it, even though it was late evening. He was not pressuring me at all, and unbelievably gave me a quote with parts + labor + tax right there. I still did my due diligence and shopped around, but I still came back to Danbury Garage Door Repair because he had better reviews, up front with pricing, and not pushy at all. It also just so happened that he quoted me lower than the 3 others I researched in Danbury area. After accepting, I got a call the next day from Joe who is very polite and she set up an appointment for me the following work day. Showed on the agreed time and had all parts to make the door work within an hour. Can’t get better than Danbury Garage Door Repair. Glad to review and recommend.
