Cale, Nick, Chris all worked diligently on my file with only having such short time. Praising this team is not enough. I cannot express my gratitude and I'm very thankful that I had this dream team on my side working day in and day out. Everyone at this office is amazing and did as they promised. The service with this company compares to none. Excellent, professional, very caring. This team went to great lengths and provided the best service ever for me and they were very efficient. Do NOT work with Jessica Ryder. She charged 1500$ for an apartment that was still disgusting after the previous hoarders lived there. I was there for 4 months before the apartment had hot water and the washer and dryer as advertised. She demanded 100$ for utilities from each member of the household and after doing the math realized she was profiting off our utilities, charging us nearly double. She never offered a professional lease. She promised to provide roommates that were working professionals but accepted the first people that would give her money and I ended up surrounded by people fresh out of rehab and with serious diagnosed mental issues. She kept my deposit without cause, said she couldnt give it to me because her dad died and she hasnt worked for 2 years, but went on vacation 3 days after I moved out. Shes a scam artist and I would not involve her or a company employing people like her in any situation that includes your long term financial future.
