Let me start by saying that I don't really write reviews, but I think this agency deserves my time. I have been using Double Eagle agency for over 10 years and, my experience has been nothing but stellar. Danielle and Deanna have been very knowledgeable from the moment we were introduced and seemed to have the customer's best interest in mind, and they still do after 10 years. (hard to find in today's world). What differentiates this agency from others is the fact that they took their time sit with me, gathered the relevant information, customized my insurance coverage to what was applicable and valuable to me, answered any questions I had, and then provided quotes from a few different insurance providers. I felt at home and they did not try to push me or sell me something that I was not comfortable with. On one occasion, I have had to file a claim for a very rough winter storm, and Danielle was very helpful in providing guidance along the way and ensured that the process was very smooth. I hope my post helps other people as I feel that GREAT service should always be recognized and promoted. Ultimately, we, the customer are the true attestation of the value offered by an establishment. You don't have to take my word for it. Give them a call and draw your own conclusions.

I searched high and low for a local insurance agency that was able to accommodate all of my family and business insurance needs. After interviewing several agents, I CHOSE DOUBLE EAGLE and am happy to give them a 5 star rating! At this point, I will be using them for several years to come - they've been very competent all the way around, including consultation regarding specific needs we have. They take a very personal approach to our relationship and you don't get bounced around all over. Unlike Geico, State Farm (believe me, you're wasting your time), Double Eagle's approach is personal, accommodating and not pressure driven - they have a diversified offering and represent a plethora of insurance companies that can offer you a wider range of options than places like Geico ever could. Have you ever tried to get a claim paid by a place like Geico? Haha, good luck! In fact, I've be in touch with several of their employees (Danielle, Deanna, Linda, etc) and each of them are great and responsive! Seven years after doing this homework and beginning a relationship with Double Eagle , I can very confidently recommend them as a premier resource for local insurance needs!
