Ive been a valued customer since 2005 purchased four cars off there lot never had a complaint with any of my vehicles, but when you take your car there for service its the absolute worse the service manager GREG CATANDELLI is disrespectful, and most rude person that holds a managers title, I filed a complaint against him in 2022 with Paul Miller himself and nothing was done. GREG CATANDELLI does not need to be a manager anywhere dealing with people, he needs customer service training 101.
