I highly recommend Ed and his team for high end, long lasting work. He was very detailed and responsive when I told him about a possible chimney sweep giving me a proper estimate on the spot. The crew came in a few days later and they were very polite, hardworking, and efficient. I'm looking forward to working with Creative Masonry in a year for my next chimney sweep! I was in a bad situation and Ed was there to help me. We were about to close on a house and we found out at the last minute that we were going to need a chimney liner installation. Everyone else said that it would be at least 3 weeks to make it happen. Ed reworked his schedule and was going to get it done in a week for me if not sooner. Luckily we ended up settling for a cash payment instead of getting the work done but if not Creative Masonry would have saved me. I can say that Ed was great to deal with.

I was very impressed with Creative Masonry. They responded very quickly to my request for repair work to be done to a outside step/landing - even though it was a tiny job compared to the type of work they normally do. Due to the size of the job they said they would fit me in around other work, which I had anticipated and totally understood. So happy that they were able to do the work 2 or 3 days after contacting them. The morning of the work they called to let me know what time they would be there. Pedro and Samuel the team who showed up. Super friendly, professional. Did a great job and left everything very neat. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them for any other services.

Free estimate only if they get to do the repairs. Paid over $100 for them to give me a quote $890 more expensive than the decent people that came out to give an actual free quote. Avoid these money hungry people. Call Strictly Chimneys.
