        Yup, I'm in the same situation as others here. Jim took $1000 from me to install a Hague water softener a year and a half ago and never delivered. Just took my money and ran. As far as I know he's not a Hague dealer anymore. I contacted Hague, told them what happened and they said they wouldn't provide him any product until my issue was resolved. Fortunately I see they've removed him from their dealer list. He was NOT happy with this and I would suggest, if you can, to pursue a similar remedy. DO NOT trust this man! What a loser.

        Be very careful, the owner of this business Jim asks for cash up front and then fails to refund anything, when the job is cancelled. Fraudster, I wish I kicked him out of the door when he asked for cash.
