The flavor of their ramen is leaning on the heavier side and a bit too salty for my taste.

I had the Spicy Miso Ramen I believe it was a weekend special. I had it at heat level 3. That happened to be the hottest level. I asked for the spice on the side. I wanted to taste the broth at it's purest with out any added content. It was pretty flavorful and not too salty. I then proceeded to add the level 3 heat. It added that extra kick that I love but too me the level 3 was barely a lit match. I have a high spice threshold. To someone else it may turn the dish to a bowl of lava. The spice element did not alter the flavor of the broth too much which is a good thing. My only issues with ramen were that the chasu was not as flavorful as I'm used too. There was just the right amount of fatty meat to make it tasty though. The egg was the most disturbing part. It was hard boiled as opposed to a classic soft boiled one with the yolk set in the middle. The only other issue was my friend doesn't eat pork. There were no chicken options available in regards to ramen while we were there. With all that said our waitress was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With out her assistance my rating might have been lower. Upon entering the entire staff greeted us in a traditional Japanese greeting. I was taken back and thrilled. It added to the experience.
