Extremely poor customer service. We asked for the quotation to replace the front door, left several messages, its been 2 months and no one got back to us.

The entire crew at Finman Windows are very professional and only sell high quality materials. My cousin checked around the Farmington Valley area and no one could come close to their pricing or caliber of the replacement window units they install. I also hear Brad Davis from time to time on the Talk of Connecticut speaking very highly of Joe and Jed Finman, backing their long standing reputation as a window and door home improvement company in Connecticut. I would recommend the Finman family to anyone interested in high quality replacement windows and doors at a fair price.
