I couldnt have imagined a better experience. The floors look amazing, the team was on time every time, consulted me on any trouble areas and opportunities for improvement. I think the best part was the level of expertise Brian had and that he was at the job site to ensure success. I am very particular when it comes to the details and Im certain Daigle flooring paid more attention to detail then I did.

I had the Hardwood Floors in my entire house refinished. Brian came out and looked at the floors gave me a great price started the following week and his workers did a phenomenal job.They cleaned up everything the floors look brand new. Exceptional work, I will recommend them to my family and friends. Patrick, Daigle flooring is five stars.

Brian and the team at Patrick Daigle Hardwood Flooring are amazing. When I called for a consultation, Brian responded immediately and was extremely knowledgeable and honest. The team was trustworthy, professional and very efficient. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and I have had many other workers within the house ask for the Patrick Daigle flooring contact information to refer other clients. Based on my recent experience I would not recommend the Patrick Daigle Hardwood Flooring company. After the first phase of sanding/coating was completed, my wife and I asked Brian to come by to discuss our concerns about the outcome. Unfortunately, he was not able to participate in a discussion, but could only yell, wag his finger and repeatedly insist the job was perfect (in his opinion) - before angrily leaving the house. The following morning, he telephoned and offered to send us a partial refund, as it was not about the money for him. We accepted his offer. Two weeks later I telephoned him to ask about the whereabouts of our check, and before hanging up on me Brian falsely asserted the offer of a refund would only apply after the second half of our job was completed something we were no longer interested in pursuing.
The day of our job Brian made three brief appearances: to drop off the crew in the a.m.; to bring them a couple of fans at noon; to collect a check in the p.m. An appalling amount of dust from the dustless sanding process filled the room in which we had stored our furniture - whose door the crew inadvertently had left open during sanding.
