      image Mike, the owner, was so helpful with his assistance as I was undecided on an arrangement to send a beloved relative who was suffering the recent death of a beloved, mutual family member. I was really touched by Mike's level of sincere compassion, esp. since he's been in the business for so long (sometimes people get 'burned out') and his kindness and knowledge really helped me make the best decision during this difficult time.
