The housekeeper threw away a bag of my dirty clothes and was super rude and didn't speak any English! And all management had to say was oh,I'm sorry about that!? Like nooo.. I need a free night or pay for my clothes. So mad cuz I stay here fairly often!

This hotel is absolutely terrible. First, their employees do not know all of their policies and are extremely uninformed. The front desk staff was very rude and has a terrible attitude. We called and asked about extending our stay by one day a week prior and the person that answered the phone said that we had to check in and check out. But when we went to go do that, that information was completely false. Next, the room did not have a fridge or a microwave. On our second day, the toilet clogged up, so we called and they sent up a maintenance with a snake, NOT a plunger. It was NOT effective at all. We called a second time and they sent someone 30 minutes later and they poured draino in the toilet and told us to walk from the THIRD FLOOR to the first floor, which is not a short walk to use the bathroom every single time someone had to use the bathroom. Then we called a THIRD time and the same person came back and poured more draino and said they would be back to unclog the toilet in 30 minutes. He never came back. So we called for a FOURTH TIME. And no one ever came. Then we left and came back later that night. Now its almost 3am and we call for a FIFTH time and now they want to offer us a room change when our check out was in 8 hours. But no one offered this hours and hours prior. At this point we are all too tired to move all of our belongings. So they send someone up and he literally gives us a plunger. terrible service. The person at the front desk told us that we could speak to the manager in the morning Next, is the morning of check out. We call down and ask for 4 towels and wash cloths. A whole 90 minutes later, we receive NOTHING. Then we call again and they send up 4 towels, no wash cloths,. So we say something to the cleaning staff like we asked for wash cloths too. Their response was "we do not have anymore". Seriously? A hotel that runs out of towels and wash cloths?? Then about 20 minutes later they bring us two hand towels and two wash cloths. Not to mention there was spiderwebs on the ceilings. We go to check out, and the front desk person tells us that the manager is not even here. Another situation where their staff was very uninformed. This was a bad stay. And only gave us a very very small compensation for this sub par stay.
