Professional company! Im on the board of our Condo Association and we had to find a new management company at the beginning of this year. We chose OTM and I have been very pleased so far. They are profesional, organized and responsive. They are really helping us correct the direction of our previous management company. Its a big task and theyre doing it well. Thanks OTM!

Do not use this company. Employees are extremely unprofessional, specifically a man named Thom. He has screamed at me over the phone, hung up on myself, my neighbors, and is very unorganized and unresponsive. He did not want to fix the mold in my condo due to an exterior leak. It has taken over 8 months to be fixed only after he got SEVERAL complaints from myself and my neighbors.

Terrible! This place is all about money. Raising common charges and they won't fix anything. I have a window that needs repair from water damage and it's been way over 6 months. Have been requesting for gutter to be cleaned when all other units had gutters cleaned. Is that my responsibility too?
