I was charged $23.00 to clean a man's short wool jacket - they said it was a "3/4" coat. When I asked what a jacket would cost to clean they said $14.00, but they were unwilling to change the ticket to reflect that. I am not a new customer, but I felt as if they had absolutely no desire to listen to reason. I won't be going back.
