Exceeded my expectations. This was not my first inspection so I had an idea of what to expect. But not only was this informative but thorough. Time was spent looking for issues but not being sold services that I did not require. If there was an issue, he gave me advice on what to look for and possible remedies. Then when I got the physical report, it was full of information and photos. Even though the report included a good deal of reading. Not once did I see it to be a waste of time. Each portion was well worded and easily navigated. I will definitely be using Integra for future properties and will continue to refer them to anyone looking for an inspection. Integra Home Inspections is an awesome company! We reached out to Rob on Saturday and he was able to set up an appointment with us by Wednesday morning! Rob was thorough and paid close attention to detail. On top of that, he made sure to walk around with my fiance and I and point out everything he saw, GOOD and BAD. It was wonderful to spend time with someone so knowledgeable and personable. He really got us involved in our new home and we felt very comfortable working together. On top of great work ethic during the inspection, ROB sent us a full detailed, 64 page report in less than 24 hours. You can't ask for better results and service than this! I would recommend to anyone in the market!
