I called Brian when I noticed some water damage at the corners of my ceiling and walls after a good rain storm. I left a message in the morning, explaining the issue, and that I thought it was the flashing because we had a newer roof. Before returning my call, Brian took it upon himself to find a picture of my house on google image, and identified my problem (correctly) as an issue with the cedar siding at the corners, which he was familiar with because a it was a common problem for my style of house, which were built in abundance in Simsbury in the 70s. Brian took the time out of his day to call me back and diagnose my problem virtually, and saved me the costs of a call out just to be referred to a siding contractor. Kudos to this small business for taking the time out to do this, even though he new full well that he wasn’t going to get any work out of it. Service: Roof repair

I truly wish that all contractors were as helpful and honest as Brian. He is or should be a standard for the rest. He came in gave us a quote, did the work in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to any of my friends and family.

Brian O’Donnell came highly recommended to me by a friend in the home remodeling business. I called Brian to replace my roof. He came to my house and gave me a complete list of all that needed to be done. He made recommendations that made sense and prepared a complete estimate of costs. I decided to go ahead with the roof replacement and he did the work promptly and efficiently. All members of his crew are his employees, so I could count on the same people coming to the house each day. The outcome was beautiful; Brian and his team were responsive to minor “tweaks” I suggested as the job went along. I had many people stop by the house to ask who had done our roof, and I was pleased to give them Brian’s name.
As a follow up, about one year later, I had a minor home problem, not related to Brian’s job. I called Brian for advice, and he came over the same day, to inspect and diagnose the problem. He did the repair within a half hour!
